What is a top hopper chute?

Unlike side hoppers, which allow for rubble and waste to be removed horizontally, top hoppers ensure waste can be efficiently and quickly moved when loaded from above to a collection point below.

Suitable for multi-storey projects, teams can safely remove waste without risking manual handling and Health and Safety incidents.

Constructed from durable blow-moulded HDPE, each top hopper has a 20-inch diameter and comes with attached heavy-duty chain-lock brackets and heavy-duty chains that hold them securely in place.

When can I expect to receive my delivery?

The standard lead time for deliveries on many stocked products is between 2-5 working days dependent on scheduling and number of delivery loads required. Generally, you will be notified by our transport team of an expected delivery day. Deliveries may arrive between 8:00am – 5:00pm, Mon-Fri (excluding Bank Holidays). Lead times may vary dependent on the products ordered.

Can I ask for a specific delivery timeslot?

We cannot provide a specific timeslot, however, we will try to adhere to requests such as delivering goods either AM (8:00 am – 12:00 pm) or PM (12:00 pm – 5:00 pm) and requests relating to sites that may open / close at irregular times.

Who is responsible for offloading the delivery vehicle?

Unless agreed otherwise, the customer is responsible for offloading the vehicle as standard. However, we do have many vehicles capable of offloading goods, if you require an offloading service please enquire with the sales office.

Does someone need to be present at the delivery address?

Yes. Please ensure someone is on-site at the agreed date of delivery to receive and sign for the order.

Can someone notify me before making a delivery?

Yes. On request, our depots can give you a courtesy call shortly before you can expect to receive your delivery.

How can I place an order?
