POLMIL® Security Fence with WaterBlok™ – 2.4m

Part of our award winning POLMIL® temporary fencing range, the security fence is a truly unique, robust and effective on-ground temporary fencing system originally designed to protect the public at the London 2012 Olympic venues. Since then the system has been widely deployed at some of the worlds most prestigious and security sensitive events requiring a temporary security perimeter.

Available in either 2.4m or 3m heights and made up of reinforced, heavy-duty round-top fencing panels, clad with 358 “prison mesh”, finishing at ground level to prevent pass-under the system can be installed quickly and is effective on all types of surface.

The system is secured by either Safe-Blok™ 750kg concrete kentledge ballast blocks or 355kg WaterBlok™ water filled interlinkable ballast tanks.

Independently mob attack tested, the POLMIL® system is a tried and trusted temporary security perimeter fence system.

When can I expect to receive my delivery?

The standard lead time for deliveries on many stocked products is between 2-5 working days dependent on scheduling and number of delivery loads required. Generally, you will be notified by our transport team of an expected delivery day. Deliveries may arrive between 8:00am – 5:00pm, Mon-Fri (excluding Bank Holidays). Lead times may vary dependent on the products ordered.

Can I ask for a specific delivery timeslot?

We cannot provide a specific timeslot, however, we will try to adhere to requests such as delivering goods either AM (8:00 am – 12:00 pm) or PM (12:00 pm – 5:00 pm) and requests relating to sites that may open / close at irregular times.

Who is responsible for offloading the delivery vehicle?

Unless agreed otherwise, the customer is responsible for offloading the vehicle as standard. However, we do have many vehicles capable of offloading goods, if you require an offloading service please enquire with the sales office.

Does someone need to be present at the delivery address?

Yes. Please ensure someone is on-site at the agreed date of delivery to receive and sign for the order.

Can someone notify me before making a delivery?

Yes. On request, our depots can give you a courtesy call shortly before you can expect to receive your delivery.
