Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Service Road Sales Representative to identify sales opportunities, engage potential customers across assigned territories, and promote our fencing solutions, ranging from day-to-day temporary fencing to high-security systems. These solutions will be sold to a wide range of clients, from mid-sized construction companies to major construction resellers, as well as large-scale European construction projects. This role involves direct field interaction, lead generation, closing sales, and building strong long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
•Travel across Europe to identify, visit, and follow up with current and prospective clients.
•Actively prospect new customers through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, site visits, cold calling, and face-to-face meetings.
•Generate and qualify leads, then convert them into concrete sales opportunities.
•Present and promote the company’s products, accessories, and related services.
•Conduct on-site assessments and provide relevant technical recommendations.
•Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
•Collaborate with the installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
•Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities within the CRM system.
•Stay informed about product ranges, pricing, and competitors’ activities.
•Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
•Proven sales experience, preferably in the fencing industry, building supplies sector, or similar technical solutions.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
•Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
•Basic knowledge of fencing products, or the ability to learn quickly.
•Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
•Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
