Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations related to the supply, installation, and maintenance of hoarding systems, ensuring high-quality standards and safety compliance.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of workers, including installers and yard personnel, to meet project timelines and quality benchmarks for hoarding installations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and transport teams to ensure the timely procurement and delivery of materials, while maintaining excellent relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with construction and site teams to develop and maintain efficient hoarding solutions, ensuring installations meet all relevant regulatory and safety standards.
  • Manage hoarding installation schedules and logistics to ensure effective and timely execution of projects across multiple sites.
  • Monitor stock levels of hoarding materials and equipment, ensuring accurate records of inventory and timely replenishment when necessary.
  • Ensure all hoarding products and installations comply with local safety regulations and adhere to project-specific requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the quality of installations and the safety of workers.
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and profitability in hoarding projects.
  • Set and manage budgets related to hoarding projects, tracking expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and performance management of hoarding team members, ensuring a highly skilled workforce.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices to provide innovative hoarding solutions that keep the company competitive.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a management role, preferably within the construction or hoarding industry.
  • Proven ability to manage the logistics of hoarding installations, from planning through to completion.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience building relationships with suppliers, contractors, and clients.
  • Familiarity with relevant safety regulations, particularly related to temporary structures and construction site safety.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and site conditions.
  • Experience in managing budgets and improving operational efficiencies.
  • Knowledge of construction materials and processes, particularly those related to temporary hoarding solutions, is a plus.
